Emma Lightfoot

I graduated in 2004 with a First Class history degree (Cambridge) and went on to study 16mm filmmaking at the London Film Academy.

Then stepped into the film and television industry, with five years of script editing, including three series of Stephen Fry's ITV drama, Kingdom. In 2009 I began working as a freelance copywriter, spent time as part of a creative team, and now I'm back to my wordsmith roots as Head of Copy at R/GA London.

I'm also training as a psychoanalyst with the IGA [groupanalysis.org] and spend Wednesdays in clinical work in the NHS, and Thursdays in seminars.
